Shipping Rates For US

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $35 (not including promotions).

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed using FedEx SmartPost. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders (for orders under $35)

We also offer FedEx Express (3-4 business days), and FedEx 2nd Day Air at additional costs.

We do ship to the Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico at the current time. 

Shipping To Canada

Sweet Chef also ships via USPS Intl First Class Mail to Canada. This service has tracking. 

First class mail takes 5~15 business days and are a flat rate of $17.50 for all orders. 
We also offer free standard shipping to Canada for orders of $100 or more. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

Shipping Internationally

We are also able to ship internationally. We currently ship via USPS Intl First Class Mail to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, The Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vietnam, all via USPS International Economy. This service takes anywhere up to 15 business days.

$25: Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia

$23: Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, The Philippines

$24: Australia, New Zealand

  • Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Sweet Chef is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. 
  • Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Sweet Chef assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
  • Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. Sweet Chef allows 30 day returns for all product with the exception of those listed below.* Please email team@sweetchefskincare.com and we will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if they are unused and in its original packaging. This includes sheet masks, rubber masks and bubble mesh masks.
  • Any Starter Kits, Box Sets, or Mystery Boxes are final sale and ineligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
